Rebecca Atwood Designs Dotted Floral Wallpaper in Pale Mauve
This pattern was created from an original painting from Rebecca’s sketchbook, which like many of her designs, began as a mark-making exercise. Creating a motif from small dashes and dots is a simple practice that can start on the corner of a notebook during a meeting or a warm-up practice for a painting session. While mark-making is often an exercise Rebecca uses to center herself in the present moment, the results often become the seed of a new design. The radiating lines of this deconstructed floral shape feel celebratory and are sure to bring joy to any space.

Rebecca Atwood Designs Dotted Palm Fabric in Leaf
A customer favorite, this abstract botanical is a strong, grounding foundation for a room. Rebecca began drawing it on vacation in Zihuatanejo, Mexico, taking in the movement and color of the landscape; it’s also inspired by the still, quiet energy of tree pose in yoga. The dotted ground allows you to introduce color in a soft but impactful way, making it quite versatile. This fabric is available as a pillow here .

Rebecca Atwood Designs Alder Wallpaper in Kelp Green
Alder repeats an abstract dripping pattern that reminded Rebecca of the catkins of an alder tree. The single-color print allows our creamy nonwoven fiber paper ground to show through, enhancing its textured appearance. You expect it to feel like a pair of Japanese selvedge jeans when you touch it. KELP GREEN has yellowy undertones that remind Rebecca of seaweed and make it sunnier than our blue-greens. In this color, Alder appears to be almost swaying or growing underwater.

Rebecca Atwood Designs Thatched Fabric in Sand
Use this fabric indoors or out. A simple plaid, this design started as a meditative practice to begin a painting session. Rebecca used India Ink, overlaying the same wash of ink to create a basket-like weave. The subtle darkening that occurs when one long stripe crosses over the next was pleasing to watch. Reminiscent of fencing, it calls to mind the different structures we use to tame nature within a garden. The repetition and structure they provide feel settling. We love it against wrought iron detailing or ivy-covered brick. This fabric is available as a pillow here .

Rebecca Atwood Designs Perennial Blooms Fabric in Inkwash
Use this fabric indoors or out. This design began as a larger painting on paper, playing with the shape of a simple flower. Rebecca Atwood Designs Floret Pillow in Sky
A small vintage fabric cutting Rebecca found in Tokyo, Japan inspired this fabric. It was a small-scale print that read geometric, but also like a floral. She loved this idea for a textural woven and redrew the motif, adding the softness of her hand and increasing the size so that it would translate well as a woven. She thought a lot about the landscape textures and how we need these textures in our home to create the environment that feels best to us. Use this fabric to cover a sofa in a field of flowers, but viewed at a distance for a soft and easy vibe.

Rebecca Atwood Designs Daydream Landscape Mural in Pink
Daydream Landscape is our whimsical take on a classical landscape mural. Rebecca transformed the trees and vines, painting them as larger-than-life silhouettes set against a backdrop of patterned, rolling hills. Near ground level, the details are tight and intricate; as you look up, they fade gently into a cloudy canopy. Daydream Landscape sets an airy, creative mood that’s ideal for homes or commercial spaces.

The perfect “solid” for layering, this woven textile has a rich, undulating look and feel that reminds us of water currents. Like a leaf or blade of grass, it’s not composed of a single hue but many. Rebecca Atwood Designs Blocks Fabric in Mist/Taupe
This woven quality reminds Rebecca of needlepoint. Her great-aunt Libby was an avid needle-pointer and growing up, she had needlepoint seat cushions at her dining table, and little framed pieces hanging on the wall. Rebecca wanted to explore something graphic because the weave is so textural. She looked to small, geometric, vintage patterns – like the ones you’d find on the inside of a book cover. This fabric is available as a pillow here .

Rebecca Atwood Designs Cat Cow Wallpaper in Blue
A favorite from a collection a few years ago, this pattern, originally a cut-paper collage, is back from the archives in a fresh new color palette. Nothing else has changed; the scale is the same. It can be as calming and gentle as the yoga pose it’s named for or a bit mod, depending on the colorway. In all its variations, the contrast with the white ground creates a soothing, dynamic flow.

Rebecca Atwood Designs Sprigs Wallpaper in Green/Blue
This large watercolor floral—a variation on Rebecca’s beloved leaves and dots motif—just might be the collection’s most iconic pattern. Squiggle stems give it a dynamic energy that makes it appear as if it’s in bloom. All of the colorways are bold and impactful, but we’re especially excited about the eggplant and indigo variation. It takes the collection’s palette—and any room’s design—in a rich new direction.

Rebecca Atwood Designs Breeze Pillow in Sky
Throughout the years, Rebecca has explored long curved shapes in various ways and frequently doodled them in the corners of her notebooks. When she began playing with this linear shape for a woven, she explored how it could capture how a breeze ripples through the spring air. She creates a pattern with movement by repeating this simple mark in varying darkness. Some marks sink back into the ground of the cloth, whereas others pop against the background. We love the contrast in this concept: the result is graphic but evokes the idea of something we can’t see.

Rebecca Atwood Designs Misty Morning Mural in Dark Green
Fantastical vines grow upward and gently fade into the soft, hazy expanse of this mural, which consists of three or four panels that are ideal for installing in a smaller space or even on a single wall. We love how the loose, painterly quality of Rebecca’s india ink brush strokes shows through, especially at the bottom where the leafy stems dissolve into the grass. Crop the panels at the “roots” of the plants for a grounded feeling, or let them branch down for a more whimsical one.

The dots and dashes of this pattern reminded Rebecca of the idea of signals being shared across the ocean. This fabric is available as a pillow here .
