Inspired by the sun and moon ceramics hanging on the door of the hotel, Rebecca created her own interpretation of this celestial concept. Like most, this pattern began in Rebecca’s sketchbook. She was playing around with a new small brush and admiring the line quality. She started painting arched shapes that were reminiscent of clouds, which she then explored as a larger painting.
