It’s made by fixing a manufactured French mineral pigment to a natural calcium carbonate base, which gives it a soft, velvety matte finish when dry. All of our watercolors are handmade in our shop using the highest quality earth and synthetic pigments, plus natural watercolor binding medium made from gum arabic (sap from acacia trees), honey, glycerine, distilled water, and a dash of clove oil for freshness! Half Pans measure ~3/4" x 1/2" x 3/8" and contain ~2ml of paint.

This Size 10 Round comes in our travel brushes' signature solid brass housing, but a thicker, chunkier version. But don't worry—it still fits perfectly in the middle row of our CfM Small Palette ! The detachable handle can also be used as a cover, so the bristles are protected when you're on the move! Our travel brushes are made from synthetic sable with solid brass handles.
