Crossmembers are the horizontal bars that connect the uprights of your power rack. They're easy to install and adjust, and come in different lengths and styles to suit your needs and preferences.They add stability and strength to your rack, while opening it up to more possibilities for your training. Mount band pegs, utility horns, and other rack attachments. Unless otherwise indicated, crossmembers are sold in pairs (2 pieces).

Upgrade your non-flat-foot Hydra (or 3"x3" with 5/8" holes) power racks with our flat foot support system. Grab a pair of flat feet, some reinforcement plates, and an optional cross-member to hold everything together. The flat feet come in 56" and 62" lengths, with an optional 43" flat foot crossmember to connect them for added stability. The 56" length can be paired with the 30" or 24" cross member depth, while the 62" length can be paired with the 43", 30" or 24" depth. Popular combos are 43" with a 62" flat foot for maximum roominess.

Casters are wheels with brackets that make moving objects easier. Bolt them to your Hydra storage units for easier (though, not effortless) moving and without having to unload everything or disassemble them. IMPORTANT: Requires two 24mm wrenches to install (not included by default). Correctly sized box-end, adjustable & socket wrenches are suitable alternatives.
