A line of eyelets creates an effect reminiscent of crochet. The scalloped edge motifs soften the triangular inner forms into an organic deep crescent that naturally wraps your shoulders and hangs prettily in place without the aid of a pin. This is piquant lace knitting, with no “resting rows” between lace maneuvers in many of the charts. Directions are given for four sizes; the two smallest can be worked from a single skein of Plains.
