Customize your zipper pulls with color or your own custom knot pulls. Most of our bags come with a packet (or two) of Cord Zipper Pulls (the Aeronaut 30 , Tri-Star , Brain Bag , and Synapse 25 among many others). There are three advantages a cord pull can offer over a metal pull: the cord pull can extend the range of a metal zipper, it can wrap around the zipper and mitigate the jingle of the metal pull (you won't get as much of that "I'm being followed by a golden retriever" sound with cord pulls) and it can make the zipper easier to grab and use.

The Handle Loop is a loop of webbing that allows you to add a grab handle or wrist loop to many of our Organizer Pouches and Cubes . Its length is fully adjustable thanks to a clever slide part that provides enough friction to keep the Handle Loop snugged around your wrist: even if pushed to the end of the Handle Loop, it won't come off. The Handle Loop, made of 5/8" / 15 mm webbing, is about 7" / 180 mm long and weighs 0.2 oz / 6 grams.

Double Organizer Pouches add two extra pockets of organization to any bag. Front pocket is clear, and the back pocket is concealed. Using a small-but-tough plastic snaphook, Double Organizer Pouches attach to any of the O-rings inside our messenger bags, backpacks, briefcases, travel bags, laptop bags, and knitting bags. If you have another bag, that's ok — just don't use the little plastic snaphook on the pouch or break it off. Double Organizer Pouches zip with a #5 YKK coil zipper with a plastic slider, which is less likely to damage sensitive electronic gizmos.

That was, for many, the gateway to a world of organization via Key Straps and Organizer Pouches . A compact, go-anywhere crossbody that keeps your essentials organized on the move. The main compartment of the Everyday Cubelet zips open and shut with a #5 YKK zipper with a plastic slider. One side of the Everyday Cubelet is clean without any exterior pockets. The other side features a zippered pocket: the zipper sits at a slight angle, which allows it to open a tad more than if it sat horizontally—plus, it adds a bit of style (in our humble opinion). That extra zipper length makes it a little easier to see inside of the pocket, or wiggle objects (like a phablet) in there.

Just like our other Key Straps but with a rectangular attachment point on one end. The Utility Strap has an acetal snaphook on one end (designed to clip to the O-rings inside our larger bags) and an acetal rectangular attachment point at the other end. The rectangular attachment point (think of a D ring except square rather than round) is designed to accept items with a belt clip, such as a flashlight, multitool, or knife. We're sure you'll find other uses for it as well.

The Guide's Edition Synapse 25 takes all of the same clever features, bountiful organization, and top-shelf build of the original Synapse 25 and walks it all a bit further up into the mountains, a bit deeper into the woods. Rather than the all-too-common black zippers, hardware and webbing, the Guide's Edition Synapse 25 has gone terrestrial: it’s trimmed and lined in Coyote brown.
