TOM BIHN Key Straps

Just like our other Key Straps but with a rectangular attachment point on one end. The Utility Strap has an acetal snaphook on one end (designed to clip to the O-rings inside our larger bags) and an acetal rectangular attachment point at the other end. The rectangular attachment point (think of a D ring except square rather than round) is designed to accept items with a belt clip, such as a flashlight, multitool, or knife. We're sure you'll find other uses for it as well.

Double Organizer Pouches add two extra pockets of organization to any bag. Front pocket is clear, and the back pocket is concealed. Using a small-but-tough plastic snaphook, Double Organizer Pouches attach to any of the O-rings inside our messenger bags, backpacks, briefcases, travel bags, laptop bags, and knitting bags. If you have another bag, that's ok — just don't use the little plastic snaphook on the pouch or break it off. Double Organizer Pouches zip with a #5 YKK coil zipper with a plastic slider, which is less likely to damage sensitive electronic gizmos.

The Handle Loop is a loop of webbing that allows you to add a grab handle or wrist loop to many of our Organizer Pouches and Cubes . Its length is fully adjustable thanks to a clever slide part that provides enough friction to keep the Handle Loop snugged around your wrist: even if pushed to the end of the Handle Loop, it won't come off. The Handle Loop, made of 5/8" / 15 mm webbing, is about 7" / 180 mm long and weighs 0.2 oz / 6 grams.

An All-Fabric Organizer Cube in a just-right size. The 3D Organizer Cube is a one-compartment organizer cube. A simple and unobtrusive plastic hanging hook inside of the 3D Organizer Cube allows you to hang it on a towel rack, cabinet, wall hook or the like. A #5 YKK Racquet-coil zipper with two plastic sliders zips the 3D Organizer Cube. Our Wheelchair or Stroller Straps allows one to hang any TOM BIHN bag with 1-1/2" d-ring shoulder strap attachment points on to the back of a stroller or wheelchair. Wheelchair or Stroller Loops attach to our bags through the bag’s plastic triangular “D-ring” part. The Loops don't clip into the circular hole where you’d normally attach a shoulder strap’s snaphook, but rather slips through the slot where the webbing, which affixes the plastic triangle to the bag, passes.

Customize your zipper pulls with color or your own custom knot pulls. Most of our bags come with a packet (or two) of Cord Zipper Pulls (the Aeronaut 30 , Tri-Star , Brain Bag , and Synapse 25 among many others). There are three advantages a cord pull can offer over a metal pull: the cord pull can extend the range of a metal zipper, it can wrap around the zipper and mitigate the jingle of the metal pull (you won't get as much of that "I'm being followed by a golden retriever" sound with cord pulls) and it can make the zipper easier to grab and use.
