Doll Juniper Wolf
Juniper Wolf was a limited-edition friend who visited the Village from July to September of 2020! Most surprisingly gentle of the forest creatures, Juniper roams the high hills and ridges above Hazel Village, camping in lean-tos and dining on forest fruits. But sometimes the thunderstorms of summer get a little too scary for her. So under the full moon, she has trekked into Hazel Village. The animals are sharing their summer feasts and activities with her, and encouraging her to become more brave about thunder.
Doll Maude Squirrel
Maude Squirrel was a returning friend from Spring of 2023! She originally visited Hazel Village in 2012. Maude Squirrel likes to go to Catalina's house to work on basket weaving. And whenever she finds an especially good nut she makes a record for the Encyclopedia of Nuts. It's an ongoing project. She has taught several animal friends to read, just so they can enjoy the wisdom in the Encyclopedia. While supplies last, Maude will be shipped to your home wrapped in a special collectible Forest Canopy bandana!
Doll Simon Mouse
Simon Mouse was a limited-edition returning Hazel Village friend from 2021! Simon Mouse is quite small, so he doesn’t need to eat much. For instance, he can strap a single acorn to his back and take it on a hike, nibbling little bites whenever he is hungry.
Doll Mortimer Mouse
Mortimer Mouse is Hazel Village's returning friend from Winter 2021! Mortimer Mouse enjoys baking and tending his sourdough starter. Sometimes he takes a wagon to the farm, and gets the animals to give him a tiny bottle of milk and one egg. He gives them cookies in return. He says he will be happy anywhere, as long as he gets the occasional starchy treat.
Doll Toby Newt
Toby Newt was a visiting friend from Spring of 2026! From his nesting spot by the stream, Toby Newt likes to watch Zoe Rabbit build her rock garden. Most rocks look very different under water or dry, he says. And there is more mud some places than others. He will keep us posted. Toby is a little guy! He is 9 inches tall and measures about 6.5 inches around his tummy. The other Hazel Village animals are 13 inches tall and measure about 8.5 inches around their tummies.
Doll Rupert Bison
Rupert Bison was Hazel Village's Limited-Edition friend for Holiday 2022! When Rupert makes a new friend, he likes to share a little gift he made. Rupert Bison is very excited to have adventured to the fine lands of Hazel Village! While supplies last, Rupert will travel to your home wrapped in his own special commemorative bandana.
Doll Augustus Wild Boar
Augustus Wild Boar was a limited-edition friend who visited the Village from January 2019 to May 2019! Augustus Wild Boar says he is "quite chuffed" to attend the tea parties of Hazel Village. The other animals aren't sure where he learned that term, because he has never actually been to England. But he is a nice friend and a helpful guest, although he does eat extraordinarily many sandwiches. They've started making extra sandwiches for tea parties, so their friend Augustus can have as many as he wants.
Doll Ivy Goat

Doll Maeve Cat
Maeve Cat was a limited-edition Hazel Village friend from Fall 2020! Maeve Cat loves to cavort in wildflower meadows, breathing the sweet meadow air and pouncing on bugs. Enough of this sort of thing, she says, and she can sit still for dinner. Maeve is about 14″ tall. She is made of white, orange, and black organic cotton fleece. Her face is hand-stitched with cotton embroidery thread. She is stuffed with polyfill. If she gets dirty she can be hand washed in cool water and air dried.

She is 14” tall, suitable for all ages, and will arrive at your home swaddled in our complimentary gift wrap. Doll Peaseblossom Unicorn
Peaseblossom Unicorn was a limited-edition friend who visited the Village from June 2019 to December 2019! As twilight fell on Midsummer’s Day, some of the animals noticed a rustling in the undergrowth, as soft as a firefly's twinkle. They all peered into the forest, wondering. Then they saw: it was a unicorn! She stepped out from a grove of hazel and elderberry, just as lovely as you please and surrounded by soft mist. She said, "Greetings, animals! I am Peaseblossom. I am most delighted to make your acquaintance." Peaseblossom was a most magical limited-edition friend.
Doll Kit Skunk
Kit Skunk was a limited-edition returning friend who visited the Village in November of 2019! Sometimes Kit Skunk gets a faraway look in her eye and starts to twitch her tail. If you didn’t know her well, you might worry that she was about to spray you. But no, she assures us, she only sprays when she “gets spooked.” She is just deep in thought about a new idea. Like a hot air balloon shaped like an acorn, or a Bird Appreciation Club. Great ideas, Kit!
