The Padded Hip Belt allows you to rest more of your ruck’s weight on your hips with the added comfort of hip padding. When rucking significant distances or time (like at a GORUCK event), having a Padded Hip Belt lets you give your shoulders a break from time to time. A padded stabilizer belt pulls the bottom of your rucksack inward around your hips or belly and keeps it in place, minimizing side-to-side sway and stabilizing the load on your back.
