A classic storybook bonnet which looks just right on any woodland friend who might like to wear it. The animals have almost always had some kind of red bonnet in their wardrobe, but this fresh new version fulfills all our bonnet dreams! It is made from linen in the perfect shade of red, and has a pixie-ish shape with a scarlet braided tassel at its point. Handmade by our artisan partners in Cambodia.

Sometimes the other animals ask Catalina Mouse, doesn't that bonnet constrict your ears? She says, thank you for asking but in fact no, it is cozy and it stretches. Plus, when she finds nice acorns she can use her bonnet as a bag. Catalina Mouse is 13" tall, suitable for all ages, and will arrive at your home swaddled in our complimentary gift wrap. She was designed with love in our Brooklyn workshop, and handmade with care by our artisan partners in Nepal. Catalina is made from organic cotton fleece and stuffed with hypoallergenic polyfill.

Marigold Donkey was a visiting friend from Summer of 2025! Marigold Donkey wants you to know that Golden Alexander, a meadow flower, is the favorite food of swallowtail caterpillars. Sometimes when she’s observing butterflies, she snacks on golden Alexander blossoms, or picks them for her salad later. Marigold Donkey is handmade from gray, black, and white organic cotton fleece, and stuffed with hypoallergenic polyfill. Her face is hand-embroidered with cotton embroidery thread, and her tall ears are lined in pale pink linen. Marigold’s mane and her tufted tail are made from black wool yarn.
