Ariana and Evans Indo Ink Artisan Shaving Soap, 4oz - Kaizen 2e Base

This scent is really quite interesting and inspired by my journey to Bali in 2019. If you ask what this smells like. I'm not sure of anything quite like this scent. It offers a hint of leather, ink & absinthe, but much more went into this to create the fragrance of Indo-Ink. As mentioned, Indo-Ink is inspired by my trip to Asia and specifically a tattoo shop where I had an ancient temple tattooed beside my Ganesh. Imagine an old tattoo parlour, incense burning in a far away room, a wall full of old periodicals and new publications alike.

This Soap is in our spectacular K2e base. I've been working on this scent for quite some time. I’m incredibly proud how this finally came together. Poison Hemlock is difficult to categorize. Is it a gourmand (no), is it an Oriental type fragrance? The scent is dark, yet uplifting, tart & sweet, fresh & dirty…it’s magnificent. The black hemlock absolute used is wonderful and very resinous & thick. The black currant & fig counter balance each-other and provide the added warmth bringing to life this scent.

Our Lilac scent is a fairly true to life lilac scent. This particular scent is made with fragrance oils. Our shave soaps are made through the hot process.
