The purpose of a weight vest was never to make it harder to breathe. We cut a hole in our plates to take the weight off your diaphragm and give you some breathing room. This means better breathing during tough workouts and better recovery between sets. Then we added the swimmer’s cut and lowered neckline with movement in mind for the best weight vest for the most dynamic exercises.
