Our clear-coated weft yarns become bumpy when extruded and therefore push warp yarns in an irregular line, with an overall effect that feels naturally random. This special edition began with a visit to NYC’s Union Square Greenmarket, where members of our design team selected a colorful array of farm-fresh produce. Back at the studio, cross-sections of individual vegetables were photographed at close range to reveal intriguing patterns and unexpected forms.
