Tokaido Duo is a standalone game inspired by Tokaido but featuring completely new mechanisms. 1-2 players use a quick dice draft each turn to steer three unique characters on different tracks around the smallest of Japan’s main islands. As the pilgrim, visit shrines, gardens, seashores, and hot springs. As the merchant, collect and sell traditional souvenirs.
