The 23.8mm clamp size is compatible with State Bicycle Co. Core Line models manufactured after September 2019 and Pre-2022 4130 Fixed Gear/Single Speed models. The 31.8mm clamp size is compatible with the Undefeated Series models and the Black Label Series: Compact Drop Handlebar.
