The kit comes with the plastic collar that attaches the lid to the pump and a 4 1/2" tube (6 1/2" protrusion into the jar including the part of the pump that sticks into the jar), which is the right length for a quart jar. For a pint jar, cut the tube to fit with a scissors. If you are using a half gallon jar (most are wide mouth) or using the pump with a taller container, we also have 6 3/4" tubes (8 3/4" with the pump). Just leave us a note at checkout or send an email and we will send the longer tube instead.

These lids are enameled / painted so they will not rust unless there is a chip and the metal shows through. Due to a production error, these lids are not entirely compatible with Mason Jar Lifestyle brand soap pumps, but they work well with pumps that come with many brands of soap and lotion like Aveeno and Soft Soap. Most 1in diameter threaded pumps will work. Our pumps will screw on but will often sit crooked.

These straws are the perfect height for a half-gallon (64oz) jar. Size and Fit: 9mm outside diameter, 6mm inside diameter, 11 3/4in long. Each straw is hand cut and hand polished, so small variations in diameter are normal. Ideal height for 64oz Mason jars. They fit 10mm straw holes, which are compatible with our wide mouth stainless steel and silicone straw hole lids. They do not fit 8mm painted straw-hole lids.
